Greenville "Green" Thomas Henderson Junior was born in the Sunshine State of Florida more than 113 years ago on November 23rd, 1906 to his Father Greenville and Mother "Leo".

Greenville the Junior was the youngest child and only Son born to his Mother and Father. His two older Sisters names were Louise and Alliene.

Henderson Patriarch, Greenville Thomas Senior becomes increasingly successful over time eventually becoming one of the developers of Ybor City's Latin Quarter and President of the Tampa City council !!

In 1925, Matriarch Leo, leaves for medical treatment in Los Angeles, California when she becomes ill.

On June 18th, 1926 in a quiet ceremony @ West Palm Beach, Greenville marries Kentucky native Ellis Passamore !! The marriage did not result in the birth of any children.

The Henderson family would lose their Matriarch Leo in Los Angeles, California on August 18th, 1926. leaving her Husband, two Daughters and Greenville the Junior to mourn her loss.

By the mid 1930's this evenings honoree Greenville the Junior enters the citrus growing field specializing and peaches !! He would be a citrus grower for the entirety of his life.

Greenville at the age of 37 enlistes with the United States Navy on November 2nd, 1943 during the Second World War with whom he would serve through the end of 1944.

In the first days of September of 1950 Greenville would lose his wife Ellis when she passes away at the age of 41. He would lose his Father who was 79 years old the following year in 1951.

Greenville would settle in the Citrus Park community of Tampa and later marry for a second time when he weds his Wife Jane Bailey... Greenville and Jane would never have children.

Greenville Thomas Henderson like his Father passes away at the age of 79 in his hometown of Tampa, Florida on October 13th, 1986.
